1) Acceptance & eligibility

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. Sales are restricted to qualified laboratories, universities, and professional R&D entities.

2) Regulatory status Research Use Only (RUO)

Our products are for laboratory research use only. not for diagnostic procedures, and not for therapeutic/clinical applications.

Important clarity: Our materials are not evaluated, approved, or cleared by any regulatory authority and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

Quotes are valid for the stated period. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless noted. We may require institutional details verifying qualified research status. Payment terms appear on the invoice.

4) Delivery, risk & inspection

Inspect shipments promptly; report discrepancies or transit damage within [5] business days with photos and receipt numbers.

5) Returns & replacements

Due to the nature of RUO reagents, returns are limited to shipping damage, mis-picks, or confirmed out-of-spec lots. Contact us within the stated window for an RMA.

6) Storage & handling

Unless otherwise specified, lyophilized peptides can ship ambient and should be stored on receipt per label (commonly 3-8 °C, dry, protected from light).

7) No medical use & no diagnostics

You agree not to use the products in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic context; and not to combine them into any product intended for such uses.

8) Warranties (limited)

Except as expressly stated in a COA, products are supplied without warranties (express or implied) of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your improper use, non-compliance with RUO restrictions, or breach of these Terms.

10) Intellectual property

All trademarks, trade names, and content (site text, images, documents) remain our or our license™ property. No license is granted except as needed to use products under these Terms.

11) Force majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., supply disruptions, customs delays).

Updates

We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
