1) What we sell

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption.

2) Eligibility window

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we will replace once verified.

3) Non-returnable items

For safety, sterility, and temperature control, we cannot accept returns (unless defective/incorrect) of:

  • Opened or unsealed vials, reconstituted products.
  • Temperature-sensitive items if packaging or indicators show temperature abuse.
  • Items without original labels/lot numbers or showing signs of use.

4) How to start a return

Email info@emirates-peptides.com within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for temperature issues or visible transit damage (include photos of the parcel, shipping label, and product).
  • 7 days for other defects/incorrect items.

We will issue an RMA and the return address. Return items using a trackable service and keep proof of shipment.

5) Inspections and decisions

Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt:

  • Approved: refund or exchange processed immediately.
  • Not approved: we will explain the reason and, if requested, return the item to you.

6) Refund method and timing

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Card/bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
  • Shipping fees are refundable only where the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item.

7) Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, you may choose a replacement or full refund.

8) Packaging and condition

Please return items in their original packaging with all inserts, labels, and any included temperature indicators.

9) Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the parcel is unclaimed, we can reship (additional postage applies). If you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price once it is back with us in resalable condition (excluding original shipping), unless the item is defective.
